Below you'll find a list of available therapies. Allow approximately one and a half hours for the first session as this also includes consultation time. I can also combine therapies where this is in the interest of the client.

Aromatherapy

A combination of gentle massage and essential oil therapy. Take time to relax and be pampered with the combination of a gentle body massage using high grade base oils and top quality essential oils. With a complimentary blend to take home so that the experience lasts even longer!

Reflexology

Beat stress and relax with a treatment using pressure and reflex points on the hands and feet to stimulate the body’s own healing powers.

Indian Head Massage

Allow your anxieties to melt away with a head, face and neck massage. The experience can be enhanced with the use of base and aromatherapy oils.

Body Massage

Indulge in a general massage therapy. It can be full body or specific areas such as the back and neck. A great way to unwind!

Remedial Massage

This intense massage therapy aids healing of injuries that we can sustain in everyday life. For the sporting types it can help training by eliminating toxin build up in the muscles and work along side your training schedule.
